Troy Notary & Signing Services is owned by Maia Dixon.

Mrs. Dixon decided to step into the mortgage industry by becoming a certified Notarial Loan Signing Agent in 2021.

She enjoyed the experience and sought to gain further skills with UWM, the Nation’s #1 Mortgage Lender. She was hired and very well trained as an Operations Specialist III, which was a wonderful and rewarding opportunity for her.

She is currently completing courses to become a Loan Processor, with hopes of earning a Loan Originator License in the near future.

With over 30 years of combined managerial, secretarial, tax and bookkeeping experience, notary loan signing has become a great fit.
